Refund Policy

If you are not happy with your online purchase for whatever reason you are able to return it to us within 7 days from the purchase date. We are happy to issue a full refund within this timeframe however the return will only be accepted if:

• Goods are returned within 7 days of purchase
• Goods are unaltered and in a saleable condition
• Goods are unwashed and unworn
• All original swing tags are still intact
• Proof of purchase is provided
• Goods were purchased at full price

Bello Vida do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on “sale” purchases. All “sale” purchases are final.

How to return your order:

If you would like to return a full priced item you have purchased online with Bello Vida, you may do so within 7 days of purchase providing it meets all above criteria.

Please fill out the returns form supplied with your order. This must accompany the item you want to return. You can also download our returns form here: Bello Vida online return form

The item must be sent back using a track and trace method. Please note the item will be your responsibility until it reaches and is signed for by Bello Vida. Bello Vida takes no responsibility for items lost in transit.

All return costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note when returning an item from overseas, any local taxes and duties are also the responsibility of the customer. For all exchanges we will happily deliver the new item to you at no cost provided we have received your returned order and it meets all the above criteria.

Once we receive the returned item an email will be sent to confirm your refund or new item shipping details. Please allow 3 – 4 days for refunds to appear in your account. Refunds will be made to the same card used in the original purchase.
